There are two ways to invest in Seismic:

2) What types of companies does Seismic invest in?

Seismic is an early-stage growth investor committed to identifying, guiding, and nurturing companies seeking to meaningfully disrupt the space they work in. We invest in highly motivated management teams and entrepreneurs who demonstrate potential for growth and profit of seismic proportions who meet environmental, social, and governance standards.

3) My business could become a “unicorn”. How do I find out whether Seismic is the right investor for me?

First, check us out on our website and follow us on social media. Then, if you like what you’re hearing, send a note to us at invest@seismic.company with a brief description of what you’re doing and how we can help. See 4(d) below. Eric White our president and the head of our investment committee will reach out with more information and whether your company is a good fit.

4) What steps do you take to decide whether you want to make an investment?

First off, we have to love the company and its leadership. We do this by meeting you, hearing your vision (and how you’re going to make it happen) and about how we might be helpful.

Second, we do extensive due diligence for:
-Industry
-Company
-Technology
-Personnel

Third, we have to see a way to exit, and create outsized returns for our investors. Only then can a company become a Seismic Capital company.
