As noted when you completed the investment process, we are currently unable to process investments from non-accredited investors.

We regret this, and we are doing all we can to turn this situation around.

We will send updates as they become available, and if you have completed your portion of the investment process on our website, we will honor the share price that we offered you for 90 days when it is possible to process investments from non-accredited investors.

Before we process any investment from you, we will email you to check that you still wish to proceed. If you do – and we hope you will – we will process your investment then. You’ll be able to send alternate payment instructions if you wish, and you also will be able to change your investment amount so long as it remains above the $1,000 minimum.
